The Best Kept Secrets For Fabulous Hair: Revealed

Looking good can be high on your priority list, and that might be for many different reasons. However, not all of us have the time and find we can get lazy in our ways. Your hair can be the biggest issue you can have, some people are just blessed with amazing hair. While others struggle to style it yet alone, put it together all neat. How do they get those locks looking so luscious and healthy? I am here to tell you that fabulous hair is easier to achieve than you think. So I thought I would share with you some of the best-kept secrets to help you on your way.

Protect your hair from heat
Using heat on your hair with things like hair dryers, straighteners, and curling tongs can damage your hair with continuous usage. They can dry your hair out. But it doesn’t have to mean that you can’t use those styling products. The best advice would be to use serums and sprays that protect your hair from the heat. Meaning that you get to use them and style your hair perfectly without drying it out. As well as these, I highly recommend trying to air dry your hair! I very rarely use heat on my hair – usually, if I’m in a rush but concentrating on avoiding heat has been such a big thing I’ve stuck to, and I really believe its done my hair wonders!

Style while blow drying
A big life hack when it comes to your hair is to style it while you are blow drying it. Some people tend to dry their hair very roughly all over then spend time using further things to style their hair to their desired finish. However, if you are short on time, one day you could consider styling it while you dry it. Heat resistant brushes are great to use and can create a voluminous, bouncy look. If you don’t have the time to style and blow dry at the same time, as soon as you’ve finished blow drying, tie your hair into French or Dutch braids and sleep with them overnight. When you wake up you’ll have lovely little waves!

Try different styles and step out of your comfort zone
Sometimes it’s great to step out of your comfort zone. Especially with a hairstyle. So why not try something a little different? If your hair is always wavy why not consider straightening it. Or vice versa curling it. Maybe it is time to visit a hair stylist who can give you some suggestions for the type of cut that would suit your face shape. Why not dare to be different?

Use a conditioning mask once a week
Your hair doesn’t just need a daily conditioner. It benefits a great deal from a deep conditioning mask that you can place it on it once a week. Much like you may do with a facial mask. Placing the mask on your hair and leaving it to nourish for a seat time can add a shine to it and make it look much healthier. This is definitely something I need to do more often! Do any of you have any recommendations?

Find hair products that work and stick with them
Some people swap and change their hair products but once you find a brand that works for you stick with them. Your hair will thank you for it. LUSH do incredible hair products, especially >this< shampoo. It worked wonders for my hair and I may reconsider buying it again!

Try some home remedies
Finally, you don’t have to buy lots of different products. You may find things you have in your cupboards can work to create a DIY remedy. You’d be amazed at what will work on your hair. Applying coconut oil to your hair overnight can have a similar effect to a conditioning hair mask. Or you could consider other remedies like lemon to create lighter highlights in the sun. Just do some research on websites like Pinterest for some more ideas. There are so many tutorials on YouTube that are super helpful when it comes to DIY remedies such as hair masks or conditioners!
I hope these tips and advice help you to create fabulous looking hair, and hair you can be proud to show off in public!
