College Morning Routine | Winter | AD

Hello everyone, happy new year!

Today I have a post to share with you about my college morning routine for the winter time because as the season comes in, days are shorter and nights are longer and if we’re all completely honest, waking up and going to sleep hardly make any difference!

6:30am

My morning starts at half six when I am awoken with my 6.30 alarm. (My alarm is Kiss Me by Ed Sheeran – if you were curious) At this point, I pretty much refuse to wake up and get ready and face the day because I really can’t be bothered leaving my lovely warm bed. I usually wait till its around 6:35 to give me some time to reply to any messages from overnight or emails, and then hop (slowly and reluctantly) out of bed  to get myself dressed.

6:45

By the time I’m dressed, its usually 6:45 and I nip downstairs to get anything I may need from the night before – such as my student ID or a bag or a pair of shoes I want to wear that day. Whilst I’m downstairs I make myself a drink which is usually a small glass of juice or water because I hate drinking anything at all in the morning. Recently I’ve been using the Forza Wheat Grass, Avocado and Cucumber Beauty Care Supplements which are absolutely amazing and make me feel like a normal healthy person! I take one of these in the morning as the box says to take 2 capsules daily with food – so I usually have a couple of biscuits or a small bowl of cereal (provided I have time) and take one of the capsules.

The great thing about these supplements is that they are infused with Zinc to help maintain normal hair, skin, and nails. After I take one of the Forza supplements, I take a Coconut Quench capsule by Regime London and this helps improve and maintain skin hydration and for someone like me this is super important!
The benefits of the Coconut Quench consist of improving skin hydration just after three weeks including the skin and body, and also helps to reduce damage left from cosmetics making it easier to apply makeup.

I’m going to be honest and say the Coconut Quench are definitely the nicer tasting of the two but at the end of the day, it is so worth taking them because of the benefits they both have.

After taking the supplements, I check the time and its usually ten to by this time, so I let our dog out in the back garden for a few minutes, get him back in, dry his paws, and head back upstairs again. My mum is usually awake by this point so I say goodbye to her and my dad before I head out the door.

6:50(ish)

Here is where the rush begins. Time slips away so ridiculously fast in the mornings and I panic about missing the bus. (It’ll happen one day) So with twenty five(ish) minutes to get sorted, I sit on my phone again for a little while and pack my bag and make sure I have all the necessary things I need.

After that’s all done, its usually 7, so my brother and sister will be waking up meaning I need to get into the bathroom and brush my teeth, (which now takes about 5-10 minutes because I have braces meaning I have to make sure my brace is clean) brush my hair and make sure I 100% have everything I need. If I need to or want to, I slip some makeup into a little makeup bag and pop that into my bag for the day.

7:05

With 10 minutes to get downstairs, unlock the door and just generally get ready, I make my way downstairs. Recently I’ve been so obsessed with wearing my scarf and it has been my go to staple for a good few weeks now, and works perfectly for the chilly windy mornings. I grab my scarf and coat from the cupboard and whack those on. I usually forget about my student ID until last second and have to run back upstairs to get it and put it on. (You can’t get anywhere in college without your ID)

I’ve been stirring more towards wearing boots the past few weeks and fluffy socks, so I put those on too.

7:15

The last thing left for me to do is unlock the door, grab my bag and go! The mornings are always super fast and I find myself rushing but I can’t bring myself to wake up any earlier.

So that was my morning routine! Let me know what key things you have to do in the mornings to make sure you’re awake and ready to go! This post was kindly sponsored by Forza and Regime London and you can find their products –

The Last Day of Blogmas | Blogmas Day 24

Hello everyone, welcome back

You guys have been so so supportive over the Blogmas period here on my blog. There have been over 40 new followers to come and follow my blog and that’s absolutely insane and I can’t thank you all enough!

I’m currently sat here writing this post watching Carols from Kings before settling down with my family to wear our Christmas pyjamas and watch The Grinch. I have loved doing Blogmas this month and its making me love Christmas more and more and writing more too.

Our house is basically all set for the big man to come and visit tonight, and its safe to say I’m excited for a lovely day with family tomorrow. I’m more excited to give my family their presents as I love watching people open their presents and its always something special to watch.

At the start of the month, I was still pretty new to blogging and don’t get me wrong, I still am now; However I was pretty lost with which posts to put up, and had winged it for at least the first week and a half, but after reading other people’s posts, I had managed to gather myself a few post ideas.

I was also added to a lovely Facebook group called Beauties on Fire by the lovely Beth over on everythingandnothin and I’ve gotten to find different blogs through these amazing people which has definitely helped me get used to posting (almost) every day.
Of course, there were the days where I struggled to post a blog everyday, but that was purely due to having absolutely no idea what to post, and my brain for thinking of ideas on the spot really isn’t fab.

I have really enjoyed putting all of my Blogmas posts together and really saw an improvement in my ability to speak to other bloggers about technical aspects of blogging and I’ve managed to improve along the way and improve my posts for you.

I hope you have enjoyed reading my blog posts this month and I really appreciate all of the support along the way!

My final post of 2016 will be tomorrow and it’ll be a Christmas haul!

Until next time,

Books I’ve Read In the Past Few Months | Blogmas Day 23

Hey everyone, welcome back.

This post is so so late!! I’ve been busy all day doing a Secret Santa with my friends and spending time with them all day. I then got my phone camera fixed but I’m finally sat down at 8.30 writing this for you!

Let’s start!

I’m actually genuinely happy with the amount of books I’ve managed to read this month. The first is Girl Online On Tour by Zoe Sugg.

I absolutely loved this book and managed to finish it within three days. I love books which see written in a dairy form, I just find them much more interesting to read. In this book, we meet Penny once again with her rock star boyfriend Noah who, of course goes on tour and takes Penny along with him. I’m still yet to read Going Solo, but I’ve heard it’s amazing and follows Penny and Noah perfectly again.

Book 2

Book number two is Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone by J.K Rowling. I again managed to read this book in the space of 2 – 3 days purely because of the fact it was a brand new book to hit my collection as I had bought a new copy in the Harry Potter World Shop, and I read it on the train back home and loved every chapter as thoroughly as the film. This of course follows Harry Potter in his first year of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry as well as his two friends Ron and Hermonie.

Book 3

Lee Evans: The Life of Lee.

As I said about Girl Online, I love books written in a dairy form, or written by the author themselves. In this book you follow the journey of Lee Evans and how he grew up and what his school and home life were like before fame. This book only follows him up to around when he was mid 20s, and this book leaves you on and cliffhanger at the end. (I won’t spoil it)

Book 4

The Night That Changed Everything by Laura Tait and Jimmy Rice.

This book is one of my all time favourites and the story follows the relationship of Rebecca and Ben who are my ultimate goals in all honesty. The book is purely focused on one night which changed absolutely everything between Ben & Rebecca and the whole story is such a roller coaster which I absolutely love! It’s such an interesting read and I’d recommend it to people aged 15 and over!

Again, I’m so sorry this post is so so late. I will upload the featured image tomorrow so the post doesn’t look as boring, and I’ll be back tomorrow with another post.

Till next time,

~Abi♡

Christmas Day Makeup | Blogmas Day 22

Hello everyone, welcome back

Today I’ll talk you through the makeup I’ll be using / doing on Christmas Day. It’ll mostly be a golden / red / silver based look with an attempted winged liner.

Primer
To start, I use the Nivea Men’s Sensitive Post Shave Balm. I’ve been using this for the past 6 months or so and I absolutely love it and think its amazing during the autumn and winter months. This primer is currently £5.29 in Superdrug, and is constantly on offer in Tesco for £2.50. Click here for Superdrug price, and click here for Tesco price.

Foundation
I really need to get this foundation soon, so tomorrow I’m going to Superdrug tomorrow to get this, but this is the Rimmel Lasting Finish Foundation. At the moment I am super pale, so I’ll probably get the shade Ivory 100 – provided it is the lightest shade. This foundation is so so nice to wear and one of my all time favourites and for £7.99 you can’t go wrong.

Concealer
My most used concealer at the moment is paired with any of the foundation of my choosing. This is the Mac Prolong Wear in NW15 and it was £17 from Debenhams. This is the best concealer for the best coverage and is definitely buildable and easy to wear.

Powder
This powder is a new purchase but I have previously owned it, and this is the Rimmel Clear Complexion Powder and I will always try and get my powder in the lightest shade possible which I get in 021 Transparent. This powder is light, it isn’t cakey and does a really good job. I got mine in Savers for £3.98 and the Rimmel makeup from savers is always under £5 as well as Maybelline too, and it will honestly save you so much! Click here for the Savers site

Eyebrows
For my eyebrows I will always resort to three products; the MUA ProBrow Eyebrow Kit, Benefit Gimmie Brow and W7 Brow Twister (I can’t find a link for this but I got mine from my local Factory Shop, but you can get them in Beauty Outlet too.)

I would usually apply the wax from the eyebrow kit first, but unfortunately the it runs out so quickly. I will always brush through my brows with a spoolie and then apply the powder to my brows. Then with any spaces I’ve missed, I will apply the W7 Brow Twister (which is a pencil) and lightly fill those areas. Finally I will set my brows into place using the Gimmie Brow. (I have the travel size which came with the Glamour magazine.) The Gimmie Brow also gives your brows that extra definition to make them look fuller.

Eyeshadow
My favourite  golden colour to go with for Christmas time are the colours Dust and Camel from the W7 In The Buff Palette. With a damp Real Techniques Base Shadow brush, I apply the two colours to create a foiled eyeshadow look. Then with the LAROC Summer Eyeshadow palette, I take the dark red and light red combined and put those in the crease. Together these create a really lovely warm effect and warm the eyeshadow and equal everything out.

I’ll show bronzer, contour and highlight in a YouTube video which I am planning to film tomorrow and upload it on the 24th at 10am because these products change depending on the look.

Mascara & Eyeliner
For my mascara and eyeliner, I use the Maybelline Lash Sensational and the Lord and Berry Eyeliner. These products are two of my favourites and I can always go to these products and get the same outcome every time. The Lash Sensational gives your lashes the length and volume you need as well as the formula being amazing. The Lord and Berry eyeliner will always need a good shake to make sure it doesn’t crust throughout the day because this liner has a habit of doing that.

Lips
I begin to line my lips with the MUA Nougat Lipliner, and then fill them in with either the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Stockholm, or the Rimmel Kate Lipstick in 30. I will alternate between the two the majority of the time!

That is everything for my Christmas Makeup! Let me know what your favourite colours are to go for during the Christmas time!

I hope you have a wonderful Christmas,

Thanks for reading,

College Round Up | September – December | Blogmas Day 21

Hello everyone welcome back,

(Having to post this at the time I have because my internet cut out last night meaning this post didn’t go live, which I thought it did!)

Today I thought I’d give you a round up of what my time in college has been like over the past 4 months.

To start, I obviously felt so awkward and with not knowing anyone I felt uneasy being in such a different environment to what I was used to in high school. The change and step up from high school is much more relaxed and it really helps with the fact you can call tutors by their first names rather than calling them miss or sir.

Immediately going into my class, I thought it’d only be small but as the first session carried, more and more people came into the class and eventually there were 36 – 38 of us in that classroom. Naturally I felt anxious and awkward because everyone seemed to be able to make friends pretty quickly. I, on the other hand hadn’t clicked with anyone yet and that felt like a lot of pressure to try and make friends.

Thankfully now, I have mixed with the right bunch of people who I know I will be able to call friends for life. (Or so I hope).

As the weeks went on, I began to get more comfortable being in a different environment in college and really started to enjoy myself. Unfortunately, I have been off a few times due to illness, having my teeth out, and anxiety but I’ve still managed to keep up to date with everything and hand my assignments in on time and managed to do as best as I can, which I’m really happy with.

Yesterday, I had a much needed chat with my main tutor and its safe to say I’m feeling much happier about college in general and going in and getting shit done. Next half term I’ll do another one of these and let you know how I’m feeling and if anything has changed.  I’m sorry this post is late with going up, which is such a pain but I’ll post another blog after I post this.

I hope you all have a lovely Christmas, and thank you for reading.

Till next time,

~Abi♡

A Typical (Lazy) Festive Day | Blogmas Day 19

Hello everyone, welcome back.

Today I’ll be sharing a typical festive day in the lead up to Christmas Day.

So this morning, (it’s Sunday when I’m writing this) I woke up and watched a few Christmassy based videos on YouTube, and watched Elf. (Again) I decided to write this based on my Sunday because there really isn’t anything festive about college in all honesty. Just a place full of people who are waiting for the rest of the week to hurry up. I break up from college on Wednesday, so it really can’t come quick enough.

Up till now, we’ve not done anything particularly festive. Right now I’m waiting with my mums side of the family to have a little photo shoot session for my grandparents’ Christmas presents. It’s cold where we are in this little building but it’ll do perfectly.

So, we came back from the photo shoot around 3.30 and it is now 5:37, and as its a Sunday, I think its fine for us to be as lazy as we like. My mum and dad are in the kitchen making everyone some food and we have Miracle on 34th Street ready to play, which will be followed by watching Frozen.

After dog sitting last night, I don’t really want to do much this evening as I didn’t get home until gone midnight and the tiredness has literally hit me in the past hour so I’m feeling a bit under the weather and not really up to much.

After watching a couple of films, I can guarantee I will be in the bath using one of the bath fizzers Eden got me for my secret Santa present to relax me and get me ready for college tomorrow (today when you’re reading this). I’ll let you know how my week goes in Wednesday’s post.

During the college day today as you’re reading this, I would have done another of my ‘My Day in …. Seconds’ videos which you can find on my YouTube channel if you click here

I loved doing that video, and lots of people on my channel enjoyed it too. After Christmas I will hopefully be back making videos so subscribe to my channel if you haven’t already!

  • www.youtube.com/c/planetabs1704 or search Abi Says

Finally to finish my festive day, I will write my blog post for the next Blogmas and schedule a few posts too for the continuing days. I also edit my featured images over on Canva.com if you were interested at all. I found this site through Rachel (sittingintheclouds) and my featured images are 100% inspired by her. I use a different text to hers and I’m still experimenting so if it looks like I’m copying I promise you I’m not aha 🙂

Anyway.

Thank you all very much for reading! Let me know what you do on a festive day, and what your favourite things to do are!

Until next time,

~Abi <3

The Christmas Tag! | Blogmas Day 18

Hello everyone welcome back! I’m currently writing this whilst dog sitting!
Today I will be doing The Christmas Tag and I got the questions from Morgan from enthusiastblog

Without further ado, here we go!

1. What is your favourite Christmas film?

My favourite Christmas film HAS to either be Elf or Muppets Christmas Carol. I absolutely love these films and I watch both of them at least 10 times each in the lead up to Christmas

2. Have you ever had a White Christmas?

Being in the UK and especially North Wales, a white Christmas is inevitable and something you can never expect to see or have. However, I have had quite a few white Christmases in my 16 years and ones I can remember spending with my family having snowball fights in our old house. In March probably about two years ago now, we didn’t have a white Christmas; instead the snow held off until March and it was at least 5- 7 inches deep and my friends and I had a ball! These days, I don’t like snow and I love not having snow! (Sorry)

3. Where do you usually spend your holiday?

At home with my family, and usually do a gift swap with my friends a few days before Christmas to really get into the Christmas mood and spirit.

4. What is your favourite Christmas song?

I love listening to all Christmas songs especially Mr Michael Buble and Mariah Carey. A song I love listening to which isn’t really meant for Christmas is ‘Home’ by Michael Buble and I think its amazing.
5. Do you open any presents on Christmas Eve?

Kind of is my answer! My brother and sister and I will receive a box from my mum and dad every year with a pair of pyjamas each, a box of chocolates, and a festive film for us all to watch and snuggle up.
6. Can you name all of Santa’s reindeer?

Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixon, Comit, Blitzen…uhm… not exactly, no.

7. What holiday traditions are you looking forward to most this year?

I love waking up on Christmas morning and coming downstairs and being greeted by firstly, my puppy, and opening the front room door and being greeted by the swarm of Christmas presents sat on the sofa for my family and I. I love watching my family’s reactions to their presents, and this year I think I have done pretty well with their presents and I think they’re going to be a happy bunch of people.

8. Is your Christmas tree real or fake?

Its fake! We definitely would have gotten a real one, but with my dog its not exactly easy because he would definitely just be chewing it 99% of the time.

9. What is your all-time favourite holiday food/sweet treat?

Yule log, Matchsticks, and biscuit and cookie collections 😉

10. Be honest: do you like giving gifts or receiving gifts better?

I definitely love giving presents, but I also love receiving them and being grateful and happy because it definitely brings my mood up if I’m feeling crappy and I just love both of them and couldn’t decide if I had to!

11. What is the best Christmas gift you’ve ever received?

Last year, I was in a pickle because I didn’t have the greatest phone (iPhone 4s) and don’t get me wrong I loved that phone and had had it for two years and used it for absolutely everything. It was my mini computer because my own computer had broke so I downloaded Microsoft Word onto that phone and that took up quite a bit of space. Because it was the year of my final GCSE’s too, I needed a new phone and a laptop but I wasn’t expecting to get both! I was absolutely over the moon and overwhelmed to high heavens but this laptop has helped me with my revision and keeping up with hobbies – such as my blogging and I absolutely adore it and I’m so so grateful.

12. What would be your dream place to visit for the holiday season?

I think definitely New York to see the Rockerfeller Tree (Morgan also mentions the same on her post.) Just to witness a Christmas in another big city would be absolutely incredible!

13. Are you a pro-present wrapper, or do you fail miserably?

Definitely fail miserably! I honestly have the worst wrapping skills in the family and I was with my friend Romy yesterday and she’s so much better at wrapping than me!

14. Most memorable Holiday moment?

I honestly don’t know! I think it has to be opening the phone and laptop last year and me crying with joy and my dad absolutely beaming!

15. What made you realise the truth about Santa?

Thankfully, I didn’t have to be told the truth. I figured it out for myself because I recognised my mum and dad’s writing and thought it was suspicious and then I have obviously grown out of believing in Santa for myself, but I still believe in him for my eight year old brother.

16. Do you make New Years resolutions? Do you stick to them?

I don’t, no. Purely because of the fact that I know I won’t be able to stick to them because I make weekly goals for myself and I can hardly stick to those!

17. What makes the holidays special for you?

I think the main special thing about the holidays for me is giving presents to others and enjoying the holiday spirit with my family and friends. I love making every Christmas as special as possible!

That is it for this post! Thank you all for reading and I’ll catch you in my next!

Until next time,

~Abi <3

Why I Love December | Blogmas Days 16 & 17

Hello everyone, welcome back.

Today I have a post about why I love December so much. This is also an apology for not posting  yesterday so I’m aiming to make this quite a lengthy post to make up for it.

I love love every season in many ways and every year something changes for me about each season and each month.

First off, the change in temperature is obviously a massive one. Every morning when I leave for college at 7.15am, it is absolutely freezing and it feels like my nose will genuinely fall off from frosting! The wind is sometimes too chilly for my liking, but other times it is more of a nice, fresh wind which doesn’t make me want to run to the nearest house and cuddle up in a blanket.
At the moment in the UK, the temperature is so confusing. I think it must have been last week where the temperature around my local area was something like 13 degrees to at least 14/15, which is absolutely insane. However, that temperature didn’t really last long and dropped as soon as people started appreciating it. For me the temperature falling is great because it means I can wear big fluffy bulky coats and lovely warm jumpers and buy think scarves to basically strangle myself to make sure I’m kept warm!

I’ve had the same winter coat for about two years now because I don’t personally think its necessary to go out and buy a new coat every year just for the winter time. I love mine as it was in a massive sale where it used to be something around £30 from the F&F range in Tesco and its lasted me so long and its generally great for the winter months from October to February.

The next thing I love about December is the lights on the houses. For example, I really love warm toned lights where you can look at your Christmas Tree and really appreciate the vast difference of the temperature of your home compared to the temperature of the outside world. When I’m walking past houses where people have their Christmas tree up, I love to take a few seconds to look at it. I mainly like the warm tones because again, I just think they make you feel warm and it gives you a Christmas feel!

I don’t like icy cold lights based around cold colours – like white or light blue because they just give such a cold atmosphere and if I’m being honest, they’re uncomfortable to look at. (Personal preference – please don’t kill me if you absolutely adore icy blue white lights)

The warm drinks have to be one of my favourite things about December because you can drink as many cold drinks as you please and not feel guilty about how much tea or coffee or hot chocolate you drank that day. My personal favourite this month has definitely been buying a Mint Hot Chocolate from Costa Coffee (I get a medium size every time) and they’re £3.55 so you can’t really go wrong in all honesty. My mum also bought sachets of mint hot chocolate to try and save me from spending so much on the Costa drinks…Oops.

I think the next best thing about December has to be the festivity that appears so suddenly every year, and how fast December flies by. It is currently the 17th when I’m writing and posting this and that means there is a week until Christmas Eve and then obviously eight days until Christmas Day which is absolutely insane. This month has absolutely flown and the festivity I think has quite literally come out of no where. There are so many people doing Blogmas and Vlogmas and anything with ‘Mas’ on the end to try and make their content as festive as possible and this year I’m doing it myself and trying my very best to upload something to my blog everyday.
In the town where I live, we have a Christmas tree in the centre of town. Last year it was amazing and big and huge and impressive. This year it just looks like a bog standard pine tree someone decided to go and chop down. So – the residents of the town have tried to make that tree as festive as possible and bring some festive positivity to the little tree and its been so lovely watching people go into the town to buy baubles and tinsel and all sorts to put on the tree, and parents are contributing with their children to allow them to know the good in Christmas.

Finally, the last thing I love about December is the earlier nights and how it gets dark so much faster. For me, this means I can get home and snuggle up with a warm drink to keep me going for the night rather than being cold and having a cold drink instead of a hot one. (If that makes sense!)
When I get the bus home after a long day of college, (the bus turns up / should turn up at 4:45 and I get home around 6) getting off the bus and walking down past the local park is really quite eerie and dark and sometimes foggy and I think getting home from being in the darkness is something I love and I really don’t quite understand why. The warmth of my house always fogs my glasses up too, which shows how cold it really is outside! Even on the weekends I notice the darkness more. It is now 3:29 and I can already tell from the colour of the sky its beginning to get dark already and I’ve been up for seven hours and had seven hours of daylight since being awake. The other 9 hours left of the day will be spent in darkness. How strange.

Anyway!

At the moment, I have written 978 words so this post is getting a wee bit long and I still have a featured image to edit. Also, I just want to thank everyone for all the lovely comments I’ve received recently and all the likes on my various posts. I really appreciate it and it really gives me the motivation to carry this blog on for you all to enjoy and read.

Thank you all for reading and I hope you have a lovely last festive week before Christmas dawns on us next Sunday!

Until next time,

~Abi

A Mini Haul | Blogmas Day 15

Hello all, welcome back.

Again I apologise for this post being late. This evening has consisted of chilling after a semi-stressful week and wrapping more presents.

Today I’m going to share with you a few bits I got this week because I got a couple of things for myself and a few from my college Secret Santa.

First off I got a Black Seaweed Peel off face mask from Superdrug because they’re 99p and you can’t go wrong. I got this one because it said it was suitable for oily skin which is a combination I have (combined with normal) so I decided to try it out. I took this photo whilst wearing the mask and it has definitely left my face less oily and slightly more matte which I love.

I then got another because again, you can’t go wrong. I love peel off masks purely for the fact they’re easier to take off and they’re satisfying to peel!

Eden got me a few bits for secret santa so she got me these bath fizzes which smell amazing.

This gorgeous lipstick from ‘Deluxe’ in ’09 Chicago’. And she also got me coffee because I like coffee as mentioned in ‘My Sudden Love for Coffee’ post.

I also got a chocolate bar from my friend Ruth and I’ve demolished it so here’s a picture of when the wrapper contained chocolate….

And finally Megan got me this adorable keyring of Thor and I’m in love and she’s made my day and I love her to pieces so again thank you Meg!

I’m so grateful to my lovely college friends for getting me bits and pieces! It’s honestly so lovely of you all.

I again apologise for not a very lengthy post. Let me know in the comments if you prefer shorter or longer blog posts.

Until next time,

~Abi♡

My Mental Health and How I’m Feeling | Blogmas Day 14

Hello everyone welcome back.

I apologise for uploading so late but I’ve been busy with wrapping presents and responding to an exciting email!

I just wanted to put a post together talking about my mental health currently and where I feel I stand with it and just generally how I’m feeling.

So.

Currently at this moment, my main college tutor has been signed off for two weeks following the ceiling falling on his head. (Unfortunate – I know) Meaning I’m stressed and down and really not sure what is and what’s not getting marked whilst the other tutors teach us.

This is immensely caving on me right now and I’ve had a breakdown last week where I just lost it and cried and pondered for hours how much work there really is to do. Without my tutor being in, our whole class is quite literally stumped.

This has effected me badly as I’m finding it harder and harder to make it to college everyday because I have no motivation to get work done.

I’m also studying maths (again) in college because I need a C and the college are refusing to let me get anyway with it because this is my third time sitting the maths foundation paper. (I’m from North Wales meaning I sat the exam in year 10 and 11. My College is in cheshire and they’ve only sat it once.) Maths on top of everything brings me right down. My tutor is an arse (sorry) and my class is hard to work in because of people in it. I’ve hardly attended maths meaning my attendance is dropping- giving me another thing to worry about and it’s really not fun at all.  I’m not good with numbers. I want to work with photography and journalism and the media in general and I really don’t see the point in studying maths on top of studying a level 3 course.

Today at the present moment of writing this post (23.17PM G.M.T December 14th) I’m feeling okay in my head. I feel like the clouds are moving in and out constantly and never really leave my mind as a rend clear sky if you will.

I’m surrounded by the right people, just not necessarily the environment is working for me.

My blog I feel is somewhere I can come if I’m feeling down and just type my feelings onto the Internet and be okay with it because that’s what I want to do.  But in other cases I feel I’m putting myself in danger and then think people I know will see my posts and interpret them completely different to how I want to come across…

I’m sorry for all my blubber and randomness within this post. I’m just not entirely sure how to feel day in day out and put a brave face on and hope for the best… because it really confuses me and my brain and my emotions are everywhere.

I don’t want to make this a ridiculously long post because I simply don’t want to blubber on for a century. I had nothing to write about tonight so I decided to give you a mental health update and I hope that’s okay.

Again – till next time,

Thanks for reading
